People's need to access services has been indentified as a major challenge. Often people do not know where to turn for help.

It's our mission to make a positive impact on individuals and families to address the basic needs of food, shelter, and clothing for families and individuals in crisis. For those who would like to help the people of our community, there are many volunteering opportunities as well as way to donate money. Kingman is blessed with many individuals and merchants who support our community to make Kingman a better, safer and healthier place to live.

We meet people at their home, churches, or at the hospital. Our referrals come through doctors, nurses, APS, DCS, Hospice, and other community providers who see an individual or family with a need and do not know how or where to refer someone for help.

What can you do to help the world? Or someone in your own backyard? Try a random act of kindness. Know someone who is having a hard time? Stick $20.00 in an unmarked envelop and mail it to them. They will appreciate it more than you can ever imagine. Smile at someone new, help a friend with a project, volunteer at a local group.

There are many ways to get involved with Kingman volunteer opportunities for the causes that mean the most to you, and many ways of helping, even if you only have an hour a month to volunteer.
